The good practices database includes descriptions of good practices in the field of social welfare and health care. Good practices are described by participants whose practices are consistent with the characteristics of a good practice as outlined by THL. The descriptions are drafted according to THL's model, using a special form available from the experts at THL.

The database includes descriptions of good practices that have been divided into themes below. You can search for descriptions by free text or theme, or according to what kind of information on impact and effectiveness is available. The descriptions are in HTML format and they may also include pictures and videos to illustrate the practice in question. For the time being, the database is maintained only in Finnish.
